CAB Gets Air

On January 29th, the Campus Activities Board hosted a Get Air trampoline park trip. Twenty-one people attended the trip, including students and a staff chaperone. At 10 am, two campus vans left the Wheelock parking lot to make the two-hour journey to Williston. Some students drove themselves to the venue.

Everyone arrived at Get Air around noon and spent two hours in the park before grabbing lunch in town before heading back to campus. In the vans, students jammed out to a variety of tunes that made the two-hour drive fly by.

CAB paid for each attendee’s jump pass and grip socks. Students split up throughout the indoor park, exploring the separated trampoline pads, foam cube pits, obstacle courses, and a Ninja Warrior-inspired trampoline course.

Students had a great time interacting both with their peers and community members. A group of students even had a foam-cube fight near the foam pit with a family of five adorable kids, entertaining them for the better part of an hour. Others turned an obstacle course into a wrestling and martial arts training pit.

Students really enjoyed the outing. “I loved having time to hang out with my friends off campus,” Ben Bartolomeu told his peers on the drive back to campus.
