After reminding everyone to check the weekly activities e-mail to stay current on what’s happening around campus, the meeting was opened for discussion on the e-mails new formatting. Overall, feedback was positive, however students noted that sectioning it off by category instead of by day was generally confusing. They also thought the larger image format was hard to view on mobile screens.
