Burlington City Pride was, at the time of writing this, about a week ago. Having the opportunity to go was amazing in itself, but the opportunity to vend at it was on another level. Within just an hour of being there, our tent was packed. With the help of the rain, we had so many people looking around. Within about three hours, we ran out of things.
As someone who has done multiple events and only made $25 at most sometimes, this was an amazing experience. Finding a profit for events is difficult as we sometimes can’t break even on the space we are using. But, last Sunday, we made over $600.
If you ever have a chance and you create something, try to sell it at one of these events. You never know what may happen.
